Is it okay to take elderberry along with Quercetin supplement? (Since elderberry has Quercetin in it already)

So what would your complete regimen be?

Pre-symptoms (prophylactic) and with symptoms?

I do have zinc, elderberry extract, Vitamin C, and Quercetin!


I strongly believe in the coherence and intelligence of food found in its natural form,rather than isolated nutrients.
1. I’m nebulizing about 3 mg of organic zinc with maybe 5mg of quercetin. This forces the adsorption directly into the lungs.
2. 1000 mg of time-released vitamin C with the first meal of the day.
3. 10 mg of zinc citrate with the first meal of the day.
4. I irradiate myself for two minutes every other day with UV-B lights for the vitamin D and associated photo products.
5. I make Elderberry tea daily using two teaspoons of Elderberry powder. If I don’t use it all hot,I put the rest in the fridge and drink it as Iced tea. It’s very nice tasting with some sugar.
6. I eat oysters, high in organic zinc when they are on sale. The bottle of quercetin I have is then mostly kept in case I need to escalate my status ifI suspect an infection.
